Full T&Cs:

1. The prize draw is open only to existing adult nicotine users resident in the UK who have received an email invitation from Magic Freebies (“Participants”).
2. To be eligible for entry into the prize draw Participants must complete the Magic Freebies survey by 11:59pm on 30th April 2021. Upon completing the survey, they will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
3. This prize draw is not open to members of the general public, employees of the Nordic Spirit and their families, Nordic Spirit’s agencies or their employees and families or anyone else professionally associated with the prize draw.
4. This prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
5. The winner will be selected and announced by 14th May 2021.
6. One winner will receive a prize of a £200 Amazon e-voucher.
7. The winner will be chosen by random draw supervised by an independent person at Nordic Spirit’s agency by 14th May 2021 ("Draw Date").
8. The winner will be contacted by MagicFreebies or Nordic Spirit within one month of the Draw Date.
9. Nordic Spirit will send the prize to the winner’s email address associated with their Nordic Spirit account within one month of the prize draw.
10. Prize vouchers are subject to their own terms and conditions and winners are responsible for complying with any voucher terms, including but not limited to any expiry dates or exclusions.
11. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
12. Nordic Spirit reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Company’s control makes it necessary to do so.
13. The decision of Nordic Spirit regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
14. Nordic Spirit must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Nordic Spirit will make available the surname and country of the prize winner if requested via nordicspirit.co.uk/contact
15. By entering this prize draw all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions and any other prize draw requirements set out in the prize draw materials. Nordic Spirit reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
16. Nordic Spirit reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
17. Insofar as is permitted by law, Nordic Spirit or its agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Nordic Spirit, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
18. By entering into this prize draw, participants agree that Nordic Spirit, and any agencies acting on its behalf, may process any personal data submitted by the participants (such as name, address, email address, telephone numbers and photographs) for the purposes of running this prize draw. This may include publication of your name to other entrants if you are a winner of the prize draw. Except as described, any personal data provided will not be disclosed to any third parties outside of Nordic Spirit’s group or transferred outside the EU without suitable safeguards in place, including in relation to international transfers.
19. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, corrupted or delayed in transmission or as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
20. Any tax implications from the winning of the prize will be the responsibility of the winner.
