Fabulous!

My husband was going through a difficult time after he lost his mum and was finding it impossible to sleep. He reached out to a sleep expert that sent him home with three sachets of Healthy Metal and the first night he slept better than he had in months. I jumped straight in there and purchased a box and obviously had to try them myself. I don’t have any trouble falling to sleep but I do have trouble staying asleep all night. When I take one of these for a 10pm bedtime, I can honestly say I have a restful night until around 5:30. It’s so easy to add to your routine and it has a great taste too, just make sure you whizz it up properly or it will sit on the bottom of you glass xx

I have just started taking this therefore I can give a full review but so far things seem to have been better for me, my headaches have cut down a lot and I don't have the pain in my leg waking me up every 5 minutes so far so good

Bought this on the recommendation of a friend and have not been disappointed. It tastes amazing and dissolves well into a drink. I have been sleeping the best sleeps for at least three years and my anxiety is much improved, abd I feel much more focussed.

Helps me sleep and feel refreshed when I wake up ,helping my condition mobility which is better
