Free Music Festival Lymelight
Lymelight Festival offers a platform for local bands to perform in Newcastle-under-Lyme town centre — all as part of a FREE celebration of live music.
Returning for its sixth year, Lymelight 2025 promises to bring the very best local talent from across Staffordshire back into the spotlight.
Taking place over two days on the weekend of 25–26 May, the festival will fill the town centre with free live performances from up-and-coming artists, welcoming people of all ages to enjoy the music without spending a penny.
In addition to music across three outdoor stages, festival-goers can also enjoy a series of evening performances inside hospitality venues throughout the town.
Adding to the festivities, Castle Artisan Market will showcase the region’s finest makers, bakers, and creators on both Saturday and Sunday, while the Cannonball Record Fair will join the event on Sunday — all free to explore.
