Lincoln Imp Trail | Lincoln, Lincolnshire
Not only is the Lincoln Imp Trail a much loved attraction in the city centre, but they are continuing to add more sculptures to the trail all the time!
The imp is an unexplained legend of Lincoln. He is said to have been sent by the devil to bring the plague to the clergy of the cathedral. You can see the Lincoln Imp gargoyle tucked away in a corner of the cathedral, referencing this old legend.
This is the story behind the Imp Trail, which consists of fabulous imp sculptures dotted around the city centre. Click the pink button to find out more and see if you can spot them all on your next visit!
This is the perfect free day out for all the family to enjoy.
